First 2 Hours: Free
After 2 Hours: $3 per hour

To receive the 2 hours free parking, customers must start a parking session by following these steps below:

Step 1 – Scan the QR Code

Start your parking session by scanning the QR code

displayed on the parking lot sign.

Step 2 – Select the 2 Hours Free Parking rate and make sure the session is set for 2 hours.

Step 3 – Enter the vehicle’s license plate number and state.

Step 4 – Press the $0.00 payment button to activate the free parking session.

Step 5 – If you stay longer than 2 hours, you will receive a text message before your session expires with the option to extend your parking at $3 per hour for desired duration.

Parking Limits:

Please note that the following retail/restaurant only parking lots have a 4-hour maximum parking limit:

194 Mitchell Street (Popular Lot)
172 Mitchell Street (Elm Lot)
165 Mitchell Street (Redbud Lot)

Customers who need to park longer may use the 110 Ted Turner (Dogwood Lot), which offers:

$3 per hour thereafter
Maximum daily rate of $15
